thoughts on a tuesday

Why isn't graduation right after Spring Break. These next five weeks just seem so so silly. Can you tell I'm laughing?

It's nice not to have to get dressed in the mornings. I simply walk outside and am clothed with layers of yellow dust. Sup, pollen? You and your 9,000+ friends sure do love Hotlanta.

This spring time heat wave is crazy. It's okay though because it just helps us literally to sweat the pollen out of our pores. But, really, aren't you sweating out yellow dust? I am waiting for the summer heat wave. Hello, 120 degrees! Not nice to meet you. Anyone else up for having a nekkid summer?

I really really really want a new header on my blog. This one has been great and all, but I'm kind of tired of seeing my face look like it is going to eat off the face of whomever is reading my blog. Does anyone speak HTML? And like making blog headers? Yeah, yeah? Help me fix it, please!

I'm gonna need people to comment on my blog, y'all. I know like 3 people read this, so where are my 3 comments per post?? Or even 4 comments if one person is feeling particularly sweeties. Ready, set, GO.

p.s.-remember how Emily Moore doesn't like animals? Ugh, first Cello Wello and now this dog. I 'm smitten by this fluffy ball of sweetness.

on the time the pope came over to georgia

There are many things that I love about Ann. Her hair (that is more of a love/hate thing). Her ability to eat 20 oz. of steak in one sitting. (and still be hungry!) (and still weigh 90 lbs!) But what I really love about Ann is her ability to say the craziest things.

Wi was home for the holidays and whenever she's around we like to reminisce. Reminisce about our old ballet days, about our weird we-are-losers days (still in those days, huh?), and oh yeah, about how that child, Ann Moore, said the darndest things in her younger years. Mind you, Ann-y Banany is still in her younger years so these things are still occurring for our and your entertainment.

There are so many stories from which to choose. The majority of which Ann would kill me for posting on the internet. Hey, Ann! What Ann doesn't know is that only our family reads my blog so she's already screwed since they all know these stories. Hey again, Ann!

Should I tell the one about Ann asking point blank if Santa was real? And then calling everyone a liar for telling the truth. Or the time everything fell out of Ann's brain in PE class? Ann would literally hurt me if I told that one even though it is so so funny. But my favorite, my most absolute favorite up to date, is when the Pope hit Ann.

Intrigued yet?
Betcha don't hear a lot of stories about the Pope going around hitting people...

back story/what you need to know: Ann went to a Catholic church for the first time with our family friends. The end. Now you are all-knowing and all ready to hear this short but super sweet Ann tale.

Ann tales...I feel a whole new section of my blog being born...

MC: How was church?
A: The Pope hit me!!!
MC: What?! Ann, what in the world are you talking about?
A: The Pope hit me at their church! He hit my forehead!
MC: Ann there is no way the Pope was there, much less hit you.
A (growing more emphatic): Mooooooom, he did! He hit me! Mary Frances made me go up during communion and said he would bless me and he did this thing and then hit me on my forehead! It hurt!! I'm not kidding!
MC: Ann! The Pope lives in Italy. There is no way the Pope came all the way to Brooks, Georgia to hit you on the forehead. You probably mean the priest.
A: Huh? No, it was the Pope. He hit me hard and I'm serious.

Oh yeah, did I mention that one time we made Ann dress up as Troy from High School Musical? and it was super adorable...

the cuteness! I'm dying!

Ann, repeat after me: This is not embarrassing. I am funny and everyone loves me and that is why they give me attention and write about me in blogs even though it is not my birthday.

and now for something (not so) completely different

exciting things happening/things that have been making me giddy as of late:

eating this pizza. trying to stuff my face with the whole thing. almost succeeding.

resorting back to my 12 year old american girl doll book reading self and making these bracelets. omgz, who wants to be my BFFA and have a BFF bracelet?? if you want one i will so LYLAS. lols.

stalking this new blog and reading the oldest entries possible. creepy? not so much. crazy fun? you know it. reading this blog post and secretly wishing i was back in high school dancing 24/7 again. crazy? not at all.

getting late birthday cards in the mail. excuse me, they are not late. they are perfectly on time since it is still july and we are still celebrating my birthday, duh. did you really forget that?!

alright, this is probably the most exciting news of the week. or year, really. are you ready? my bangs have finally grown out enough for me to tuck them behind my ear. !!!! it's like an early christmas present or something. i'm sure you're probably thinking, "girl please, quit playin'. you crazy." but, having short bangsies fall in my face every 5 seconds was crazy. now, i am back to the world of normalcy and all my hair does is lie flat on my face and tuck behind my ears, so i see many days of comfortable, boring, great, samesies hairstyles coming up in the near future. anyone (male of female, of course) that has ever attempted to trudge through the excruciating process of growing out their bangs i'm sure can share the excitement and exclamation pointing with me. !!!!!

!!!                                                       !!!                       !!                     !                        !            !!
          !                   !!                                                   !                           !!                      !

and to finish off this list of greatness we have peanut butter m&m's. i can't even try to explain their greatness because i will not do it justice. there is nothing else you need in life to survive. they have peanut butter which is protein and great, chocolate which is sugar and great, and if you drink some milk with them you're getting your calcium sooo you're pretty much set. and in really really great shape. and you should have stopped reading this a few lines up and gone out to get yourself some of these beauties.

well, have you gotten any yet?
